In providing a report of the work completed and any maintenance on the roof or gutters that is required, along with the before and after photos, the property manager has a complete record to file for the property owner. They can use this from year to year as a record of the maintenance being carried out and to schedule any further work that they would otherwise be unaware of.
The owner can use this information as evidence for an insurance company if any claims should need to be filed.
Our service also provides a free reminder, set by the property manager or owner or default 12 months. This is a no obligational reminder. Our clients have told us that they get busy in their lives and forget when they last had their gutters cleaned. So we are happy to send out a reminder and if they want the job done we book a time and complete the gutter clean. Some customers don’t require the clean but want the reminder again the following year. We are happy to help.
And for property managers, this reminder means they have a default system. If they miss the gutter cleaning maintenance date in their system, we send our reminder through and they can act on it.
Gutter-Vac Tasmania is trained to work at heights safely and all carry Working at Heights Certificates. We have no height restrictions and are fully insured. All rubbish collected is removed and the site is left clean and tidy.
