Scope of Guarantee
This Satisfaction Guarantee applies to any of the Gutter-Vac services provided by a local Gutter-Vac technician.
Customer Satisfaction Criteria
Satisfaction is defined by completion of the agreed scope of work, professional conduct of technicians, clear communication before, during, and after service, and visible improvement in cleanliness and function of serviced areas. Customers are encouraged to inspect the work upon completion and raise any concerns promptly. The person making a claim under this guarantee must confirm they are a customer of the Gutter-Vac technician who performed the service.
Resolution Process
If a customer is not satisfied, they must contact Gutter-Vac within 7 business days of service completion. Gutter-Vac will review the concern, conduct a follow-up inspection if necessary, and offer a resolution, which may include additional cleaning or touch-up service, clarification of service scope, or education on maintenance or limitations. All resolutions are provided at no additional cost, provided the concern is valid and within scope.
Exclusions & Limitations
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage or structural issues, restricted access or safety limitations, weather-related delays or rescheduling, services performed outside the agreed scope, issues not reported within the 7-day window, or requests for refunds or financial compensation.
Technician Discretion
Gutter-Vac technicians reserve the right to determine whether a concern is valid and whether a follow-up service is appropriate. All decisions are made in line with Gutter-Vac’s service standards and safety protocols.
No Refund Policy
This guarantee is a service satisfaction commitment, not a money-back or refund policy. Gutter-Vac does not offer refunds under this guarantee.
