I just wanted to take a moment to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
We have had another great year at Gutter-Vac with our franchisees out building their businesses and truly helping their customers.
This year we have seen more and more commercial work coming our way as organisations see the need to have professional, efficient and effective ways to clean their gutters. It is our professionalism and exceptional service that keeps commercial clients coming back to us. The big thing they love is that we make it easy for them. Gutter cleaning is not their top priority day to day, but it is something they need to organise. We make it simple for them so that they can get on with the urgent things in their day and they know we will take care of vacuum cleaning the gutters and they can rely on us.
We of course still look after our residential customers. Our franchisees love their residential customers – a few of them need to stop eating all the scones with jam and cream they get offered. Gutter-Vac was started for residential customers and this still continues to be a strong part of our business. It is essential for home maintenance to have your gutters cleaned.
So at Christmas time, I just wanted to say thank you for starting or continuing to use the services of your local Gutter-Vac man! Every one of our franchisees is a small, local business owner, providing an exceptional service in their area to provide for their own families and take pride in the work they do.
