Nina is repeat customer who is very happy with our service. She receives a reminder every year so she does not have to think about when her gutters are due to be cleaned.
At the beginning of each month, we at Gutter-Vac Tasmania, make a point of connecting with our customers who are due to have a gutter clean. This can be done by email or simply a phone call. Our customers will receive information on current costs and proposal dates once we have received confirmation.
On completion of the job, customers will receive a report, usually the next business day. The report specifies how frequent the gutters need to be cleaned to maintain good condition. The customer is under no obligation to accept the reminder at that time and can change their frequency to what suits them best. We understand that all properties are different and the environment surrounding each property is different. We work with the customer to best accommodate their gutter cleaning needs.
