The process is as easy as answering a few questions.
You can email, ring, or submit an online enquiry.
We ask you some questions and from there use google earth to measure and quote your property.
A quote is emailed to you. A booking can be made either by answering the email or calling us.
You do not even have to be home on the day, as long as you don’t mind us being there without you home.
Once we complete the work, we email a report of the work and any findings, before and after photos and the invoice. Bank account details are on the invoice. You can pay via bank transfer.
Don’t have an email… Simple, we will snail mail it to you.
At this point, we ask for feedback on the work carried out. It is great to know how our customers feel about their service. We always want to improve where we can.
Our customers then commence a maintenance plan. We send out a reminder when the gutter clean is due and there is no obligation to approve it each time. It is simply a reminder.
