We’ve had a few customers reply to us asking us to clarify the best course of action regarding our Covid plan and their gutter clean.
Gutter-Vac Northern and Southern Tasmania send out a memorandum with each quote and maintenance reminder email. It outlines our Covid plan and how our technicians will attend the property. While we were in lockdown, there was a no-contact policy in place. We still offer this option to clients who wish for it.
However, now that regulations are lifting, we are happy to work within the guidelines set out by the Tasmanian Government. The memorandum is still sent to customers to advise we have a plan in place, should it be required.
Our technicians are aware of the social distancing rule, washing of hands and carrying masks, if they need them. If a client wants us to contact them via phone, they let us know at the time of booking and we add this to the technicians’ notes.
