We have customers that have been using our gutter cleaning service for a long time. Paul was Jane’s, the previous Gutter-Vac franchisee, customer and he has become our loyal customer. Paul continues to have a gutter clean every year. We are always happy to assist where we can when you are having issues.
In this case, birds were creating a mess with the leaf and moss from the gutters. The spikes were installed so they could not access the area. Thus, alleviating the mess that the birds were creating.
We will find out on the next gutter clean whether the problem was solved.
