“I was rapt that Gutter-Vac not only came on the day that they were expected but actually rang me to see if they could come a little earlier. I was not at home but my very particular mother (in a wonderful way) was here when the work was carried out. She was very impressed with the process and the service provider who attended. Our team at Gutter-Vac Tasmania make it a priority to keep our customers in the loop. If we are running ahead or behind schedule, we strive to communicate this with our customers. This is important as some clients like to be on site when our technicians arrive to complete work. Clients do not have to be home for us to carry out our work, as long as they don’t mind us being there without them and we have access to the roof.
The office team works hard to send out invoices, reports and photos with in a 24 hr turn around, as we know how much our customers appreciate receiving them. The report can be useful to identify the condition the gutters are in and if any work is required. The photos give peace of mind that the work has been done. It is surprising how many customers that are amazed at how much debris their gutters hold.
