I’m excited to announce that this week I was elected as the President of the Queensland Chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia.
The Franchise Council of Australia is the peak body representing franchisees, franchisors and service providers to the franchising sector within Australia.
The Franchise Council of Australia was formed in 1983 as a not-for-profit trade association.
For the last two years I have not only represented Gutter-Vac, but also the interest of other Franchisors and Franchisees in Queensland on the FCA Queensland Committee.
I’m really quite honoured to have been elected as President and I’m looking forward to my term in the role.
It is my belief, as the Franchisor for Gutter-Vac, that I ensure I am up to date with the latest news, trends and any potential issues for our franchisees and to ensure that Gutter-Vac remains the strong business it is so that not only do we assist our franchisees to have a business that provides for their families, but that we also continue to maintain our high standards of customer service.
I also believe that as a community – the franchise sector – we can all create stronger businesses for our franchisees and also provide quality goods and services to our customers. After all, the franchise sector only represents $131 billion in Australia!
