Gutter-Vac head office completes a quality assurance survey for each of the franchisees. There are three categories they ask for feedback on, Performance, Service and Appearance.

Gutter-Vac Tasmania received 10’s in all three categories.

“Perfect Score!! Your customers were extremely happy with everything. One customer said it was an easy process to book in, you left her property “perfect” and she will definitely be using you again. Another customer is a regular user and has a standard 6 monthly booking. Another customer said you did a great job and he will absolutely use you again. All were very impressed with the actual work performed, have recommended you to others, would use you again and commented that you had an excellent phone manner, were very professional and left their properties very clean.”
