We have helped this customer now for one and a half years. He has an issue with the neighbours trees dropping the leaf and debris onto his roof. He tried to keep on top of it himself. Cleaning out the gutters by hand became too big a problem, not to mention a very time consuming job for him.
It was an easy process for this customer to send in a website enquiry and after a few clarifying questions we sent out a free quote via email. From the information gathered we recommended a six monthly clean and it was evident from the first clean that this would be the case.
Now we send him an email every six months to remind him that the gutters are due a clean. He emails back to go ahead and we then send him a report, photos and an invoice, which is paid via EFT, using our bank details on the invoice.
For the customer, it is an easy process that allows them to get on with other things and is one less issue for them to worry about. They can rely on us to keep the maintenance of their gutters in hand.
