We do like it when our customers respond with such  positive satisfaction upon the completion of their work.

I really makes our day when we have lovely customers to work with. Megan, our office admin person was so stoked to get a mention.

Often the behind the scenes people are not seen.

There is considerable work done prior to the technician visiting to complete the work.

A quote is created for the customer and emailed to them for approval. Once accepted, Megan then schedules the work with the client to a date that is satisfactory to them. Job sheets are then completed and if it so happens that it rains on the day of that work, then the scheduling process starts again.

Once the job is completed, we look process the photos and the report created by the technician and email this along with the invoice to the client.

So when the office gets a mention by the client it is always a good feeling that we are noticed behind the scenes.
