We are glad to hear the before and after photos are appreciated by our customers. It is not only proof of the work completed but gives customers an idea of how much debris was in their gutters. They demonstrate how important getting your gutters cleaned is. In the report we send out with the invoice, there is a section where we recommend how often your gutters need a clean. We also offer a free reminder service, so you don’t have to remember yourself.
Most of the time we are booked weeks in advance. If a customer calls up with an emergency gutter situation, we will endeavour to get to the property as soon as possible. Sometimes our technicians finish a job earlier than expected. In this case, we can fit other jobs in. We also have held spots for emergency jobs. Thank you for the lovely feedback, Josie.
