Every year Gutter-Vac hosts an annual conference for all the franchisees to come together and share their experiences and learn new ways or much better ways to provide the best service we can for our customers.
We have been to four conferences now and each time we have brought home valuable information to expend our business and to ensure we deliver the highest quality of customer service.
This year we had two inspirational speakers attend the conference.

We had round tables to discuss how to provide better customer service
It was a weekend spent talking to our fellow franchisees, soaking in their experiences and expertise to bring home to build a better business, empower our employees and extend a high quality service to the customer.
At the end of conference is an Awards Night. This year there was a new award called the “Franchisee of the Year” and Tasmania is the inaugural winner for 2018 Franchisee of the year. We also won the category of Highest Sales in the Single Territory for 2018.
But it did not stop there. The awards night was a 1920’s prohibition private casino and Gutter-Vac Tasmania won best dressed.
