Gutter-Vac came to our units a while back, inspected the job and provided a quote. The suggestion was they return on 4th November to do the job, when it would be cheaper. No prompting was necessary and they attended on the day, took before and after photos and emailed them, together with an Invoice as per the quote, plus a report on the job. An absolutely top professional job from beginning to end. We will be recommending the body corporate engage them on an annual basis, to take care of this task, so saving all owners having to deal with their individual gutters, which ensures all are done well.Thankyou Gutter-Vac. As we are getting on a bit and not as nimble crawling around our roof to clean gutters in preparation for the predicted winter weather so we arranged for Gutter-Vac to do the job we had used this Company before, so we knew that they would do a good job.The young man, Chris, who attended was as professional as one could hope; he arrived spot on the time nominated; was curteous and very cheery, indeed a pleasure to see a young person so capable and enjoying his work as much as Chris seemed to.Would we use Gutter-Vac again? Been using gutter Vac for 4 years and they are always brilliant. We have a large tree in our yard that dumps heaps of leafs and twigs everywhere. It’s easy to book, fast and quality service. Gutter-Vac has been a great business to deal with over the last few years.The guy who just came did such a good job cleaning up around the paths it looks like I've had a person come in to do that specifically! The people I have dealt with are always pleasant, it's an easy booking system and they let you know if they need to make changes due to inclement weather. I find the pricing very reasonable for the job they do. We have a 2 storey part to the house and I don't want my husband clambering around up there so to have a professional come in and do it is very helpful. They are very transparent about their pricing and they can't give a definite price until they are up on the roof and know how much work they have to do. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
