Very disappointed with how dishonest this company is. Engaged to clean 9 factory gutters, they only cleaned 2, then claimed they misunderstood, therefore returning to charge extra. Second visit still did not clean 4 factories gutters, clearly after receiving an invoice gutters were checked by owner.This company again returned for a third time and proceeded to faked dirty gutters by planting leaves and sticks in them for a before photo. After communication showing our photos for months prior showing no leaves and sticks, and again each time after they invoiced for a service not provided (showing no leaves and sticks in gutters) they claim they were insulted at the accusation.Photos and evidence prove they fake their services. Instead of accepting they had been caught out doing the wrong thing they continued with fraudulent behaviour. I do not recommend this company.

I'd like to highly recommend Gutter-Vac! The letter from my Mum appraising his (David from Gutter Vac) work is below.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Thank you for this email containing the roof report and the ' before and after ' photos. Such a good idea to do this thank you!Those photos ! Oh. Good. Grief. !! I could tell by ' the activity ' on my roof the rate at which you were both working to achieve this amazing result. Thank you ! I knew from looking at my sadly deteriorating leopard tree the amount of foliage / debris that must have dropped on my roof, however I never imagined it was to this extent. The ' before and after ' photos certainly tell the story! ( I think I also recognized a Syngonium happily growing in one of the gutters in a before photo ...)David, the service ( and the result ) I received from you and Damien yesterday was absolutely outstanding! Thank you once again.Your kindness in then blowing and vacuuming the leaf litter that had fallen on my driveway and side path after my family had ' cleaned up ' the day before in preparation for having the roof cleaned, was clearly not part of the ' roof and gutter clean ' quote ... or expectation. ...and yet you cleaned that up as well. Thank you !... and THEN, after you had completed the work you came to do, you offered, out of the kindness of your heart, to blow and vacuum the foliage that had accumulated in my carport from my deteriorating leopard tree, realizing that being elderly with mobility issues, it had been something I had been unable to do, and which my family had quite obviously ' missed ' yesterday during their 3 hour mammoth( weekly ) clean up of my garden and paths. You read about in every ' motivational / how to run a successful business ' book, the power of ' going the extra mile ' being one of the traits of a successful business operator. David, thank you so very much for ' going that extra mile '. Your kindness is so very much appreciated.I sent photos of my leaf free, shiny carport to my daughter who lives in a high rise apartment and does not have a ' roof ', however, she was also so very appreciative, and said she will be constantly recommending you to friends and colleagues.

The house next door was vacuumed today. The diesel motor was less than 8 metres from my windows and ran non-stop for 5 hours with the fumes blowing over my property. I wouldn't complain if it ran for a couple of hours but 5 hours is far too long. There should be a minimum distance from other properties and a maximum running time. Very inconsiderate...will contact my local Council and seek legal advice.

have a problem with your cowboy advertising.you can"t have a guy on a roof 3m up without some fall protection. I know you need to do it just don"t show it. Has no one said anything?
