We have a maintenance program that we can add our gutter cleaning customers to. The customer can nominate how long in between gutter cleans they would like, be it 3, 6 or 12 months, in fact any time frame they would like. We can then give a call back at this time to see if they are ready for a gutter clean.
This process is easy for the customer as they don’t have to keep track of time and they can rest assured that Gutter-Vac Tasmania are looking after their best interest.
Regular maintenance of a property is proactive in looking after the life of the gutters and preserving the value of the property. It also covers you in an unlikely event should you have water issues resulting in an insurance claim. You can prove that you maintain the property by showing your paid invoices.
