While we were in Parkes and Forbes last week completing a gutter clean for a commercial client, we called in and checked on our residential client, providing a free gutter inspection on their property.
By joining our Preventative Maintenance Program, we offer free gutter inspections to work out the best cleaning schedule for your property. Each property is different, and therefore has different needs, for example some of our clients live on the outskirts of town, adjoining farm land, and they receive a lot of dust and dirt build up over 12 months. Some clients have properties with a number of deciduous pine trees that drop pine needles that quickly clog gutters. Another client lives alongside a busy road, whose gutter therefore has a lot of dirt and grime that is produced by traffic and heavy vehicles. This client also relies on tank water so servicing and maintaining these gutters is particularly important to this client. We develop this program with our clients’ needs in mind at Gutter-Vac Central West NSW. We are able to complete quarterly, half yearly or yearly cleans on your gutters and provide you with a free gutter and roof report while we are there!
